 Tariff at The Anchorage, B & B accommodation in The Lakes2009 Prices for bed & breakfast accommodation based on normal occupancy:En-suite Single, Double, Twin or Triple rooms from £32 per person per night For exact prices please CHECK AVAILABILITY  En-suite Flexible room (double & single bed)- for 2/3 adults or 2 adults & 1 child from £90 per room per night En-suite Flexible room (3 single beds or can be made into a superking double and a single bed) - for 2/3 adults or 2 adults & 1 child from £90 per room per night. Please note we do not accept children under 6 years old. Either ring us on 017687 72813, or CHECK AVAILABILITY for accommodation available for your stay at The Anchorage Guest House. We are open every day except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Prices exclude Bank Holidays and please note we prefer a minimum 3 night stay at Bank Holidays and 2 at weekends. Please ask about discount for longer stays.  Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 2 weeks before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the total amount. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
